Whether you are training to run a 5k, 10k, ½ marathon or full marathon this workshop is perfect for the leisurely runner or die hard athletes!

*Learn how to prevent common running injuries such as knee pain, shin splints and ITB syndrome
*Discuss running biomechanics and how to run more efficiently
* Choosing the correct footwear and orthotics
*Specific strengthening exercises to prevent running related injuries
