McCarren park Group fitness
Taking your workout OUTSIDE does wonders for new programming options and mood elevation. After receiving an overwhelmingly positive response from the women signed up in my 8 week program, I have decided to take the magic we are creating there and put a new spin on it. The group fitness classes outlined below are perfect for those individuals who want to participate in all of the FUN, but just can't make the 8 week commitment.
Both of these classes are held in McCarren park, at the track entrance on Lorimer and Driggs, and will be open to all fitness levels. We will be utilizing the vastness of the park as well as fun, boot camp style movements limited only by the confines of my creativity for the day....... and, if you know me, that leaves a TON of room for PLAY! To keep effectiveness and connection HIGH with risk of injury and overcrowding LOW, both of these classes will be limited to just 6 participants per class.
Sweat & Sip
Friday's @ 6PM

Sweat & Sip is designed to Put some fire in your friday's....
Starting off with a semi private group class (6 ppl max) programmed around using the vastness of the park along with creative, full body, boot camp style exercises that will leave you feeling powerful & primed for the weekend!
After we sweat together we sip and bullshit together! We'll gather at a new bar each week following the workout for some chill time and celebration of life! In a city of millions it can be hard to connect. However, community is everything and once you sweat and drink together... you're basically family! So, let's go all in!
