Throwback Thursday's have officially become a huge pop culture trend. This Thursday why don't you "throw it back" to a time when you thought a particular physical feat wasn't possible. Maybe the first marathon you trained for, or the first time you attempted an unassisted pull up, or even surviving your first hot yoga class. Looking back is a great way of taking account of where we currently are and smiling at all the victories we have accrued along the way.
