Happy Monday Fitness Lovers! Mondays can be tough, back on the grind, and filled with "have to" tasks. However, this Monday I implore you to reframe your mindset- at least when it comes to exercise. We all have a choice and how we think about things affects how we approach them. Today, instead of thinking "I have to workout" why not reframe that as "I get to workout"! Not everyone is blessed with the ability to move their body freely. Try viewing your workout as a blessing. Your vessel is still full of life and ready to rock. Give it what it wants and your mind will surely follow. Don't feel beholden to your regimen. Dominate it, find your freedom in movement, and say thanks for that ability afterward. Rinse, Refuel, and repeat!
