WHAT IS IT????The Traveler's Guide to Staying Fit is a 7 day series that brings you workouts from some of the studio's most popular classes, as well as a few special add ons. HOW DO I DO IT?Delivered right to your inbox is a written program design for each day's class. It gives a detailed description of the workout; breaking it down by series and giving you a play by play of what exercise to do and for how long. You can print out the PDF and bring it along to your favorite workout location following along easily and effectively.
Also included in the program is access to online video instruction. The videos allow you to watch demonstrations, take note of modifications, and get motivation & incentive, all while viewing from wherever is most convenient to you! These two methods can be used in conjunction or piecemeal- again, this program is all about what works for you and having options for versatility.
WHAT DO I NEED?The beauty of the program is that you don't need anything besides that fabulous body you're already walking around with!
The only workout that requires "equipment" is the Smooth Operator class and by equipment I mean a set of paper plates or hand towels. Still super minimal!
The one tool that will make these workouts a lot easier and brain free is a boxing timer. The timer will help guide you through the proper work and rest patterns without you having to count it out yourself! There are a plethora of boxing timer apps in the marketplace and most are free so find one that speaks to you and let it put you to work!
